The foundation's proposal is simple yet ambitious. Through civic officeIn a type of rental with public guarantees, families with incomes between €9.360 and €35.000 will be able to find a place to live without compromising their entire income.
The rent limit will be 30% of net family income. The difference up to the maximum allowed amount will be covered by the foundation itself. It's a model designed to alleviate the burden of rent and restore peace of mind to daily life.
Guarantees that build trust
The foundation acts as a link of trust. For property owners, there are concrete guarantees: reimbursement of property tax (IMU). (Municipal Property Tax), assistance of up to €6.000 for renovations and guaranteed payment even in case of default, for up to 12 months.
