A list of European cities that are not worth visiting has been highlighted on the social platform Reddit, based on the experiences of users who shared their stories.
Surprisingly, three major Italian cities — Milan, Venice and Florence — were mentioned among the destinations that tourists could avoid.
• Cases affected by the decree
• Delays at the town hall and consulate
• Customized legal strategy
Milan, one of the capitals of fashion and design, was considered “noiosa” (boring) by some users, being described as nothing more than an “access route to the lakes”.

Venice, famous for its canals and rich history, has also been heavily criticized. The city has been called a “tourist trap,” especially after the introduction of the controversial entrance ticket to control the flow of visitors.

Florence, home to some of the most renowned museums in the world, such as the Uffizi Gallery, has not escaped criticism. Like Venice, it has been labeled a “tourist scam” by many who have visited the city.

In addition to Italian cities, destinations such as Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, also received negative reviews, being described as “the most boring city in the world”.
Similarly, Oslo, the capital of Norway, was mentioned for being “boring” and not offering landscapes that are on par with other places in Scandinavia.
Even iconic cities like Barcelona and Athens, famous for their history and culture, were not left out of the list. Barcelona was criticized for “coup plotters” on the streets, while Athens was described as “overcrowded, hot and in some cases dirty”.
Closing the list is Brussels, which, according to the platform's users, lacks charm.
